DAVID BLUM ANNOUNCES NEW VENTURE
CORAL SPRINGS, FL (July 7, 2003) – David Blum announced today the formation of a new company, BLUM MANAGEMENT SERVICE, Inc. Blum, well known in the industry, co founder and president of the Florida Self-Storage Association, Southeast regional board member for the SSA has recently left his position as Vice
President of Operations for Budget Mini-Storage in Miami. David will be supplying a complete menu of services to the self-storage industry in a unique “on-demand” format. “Rather than looking for an owner to commit to a long range, full service management contract, I can step in a help in those areas that
are of significance and of particular concern”, Blum stated. “Allowing owners to select specific areas for which they feel they need assistance.”
Before joining Budget Mini-Storage, Blum worked at Storage USA, and had many years experience in the truck rental field. His area of focus included marketing, operations, training and development. He has been based in South Florida for the past 13 years and has a strong knowledge of the Florida marketplace.
